How does booking work?+
Choose a room, pick your date and time, and send a request. A real person reviews it and confirms availability — usually within 24 hours. Your date isn't final until we confirm and your deposit is received.
How much does it cost?+
Pricing varies by room, date, and duration. The Tea Room starts at $95/hour with a 3-hour minimum. Every booking also includes a flat cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit. You'll see the full quote before you commit.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. The refundable security deposit is returned after your event, less any damages.
Can I bring my own food and vendors?+
Yes. Outside food and vendors are always welcome — bring the caterer, florist, baker, and playlist you love. We do not provide event-planning services, so you're in full creative control.
How many people can each room hold?+
The Tea Room seats up to 24 or 40 standing. The Speakeasy and Atrium (both coming soon) will hold intimate and larger gatherings respectively. See each room's page for details.
Is there parking?+
Yes — street parking and a nearby lot serve the Main Street address, easy for guests arriving from across Orange County.
Can I see the space before booking?+
Absolutely. Reach out and we'll arrange a time for you to walk the room in person.
What are the Speakeasy and Atrium?+
They're our two rooms opening soon — an intimate evening room and our largest, light-filled space. Join the waitlist on either room's page and you'll be first to book.
